After a long rest on the top of this mini-mountain, I set out to hike back the way I came. I rose the crest of a hill about a quarter way down and I stumbled across this couple enjoying a quiet moment together on a small rocky outcrop.
It was a dreary day (is it ever anything else in England?), but I was struck by the bright red of the sweater against the thick misery of the sky and took the shot. As I passed them, I took down their details and sent them an A4 print of this very shot. They loved it.
